Control the Maximum Temperature at the Tap

This thermostatic mixing valve is an optional accessory for Isotherm hot water heaters, designed to regulate the maximum water temperature at the tap. It’s particularly beneficial for safety, especially when children are on board.

The Isotherm marine mixing valve operates automatically. Simply turn the knob to select a temperature between 38°C and 65°C. A thermostatic bulb senses the mixed water temperature and adjusts the hot and cold water balance to maintain it. For optimal performance, hot and cold water pressures should be similar.

By setting the water temperature at the source, you can conserve water and eliminate the risk of scalding. This valve is not included with new hot water heaters and must be purchased separately.
