Should have bought Starlink

I bought this system to improve our connectivity for coastal cruising (typically within 20Nm of the coast) for downloading weather reports and general internet connectivity. Initial testing has shown almost no improvement over just using my mobile phone. I have been communicating with the support contact for a couple of weeks now to see if I can get a better result but it is clear that this system provides a very variable and often only marginal improvement. I should have saved the money and put it toward a Starlink system.
